DEX Products Inc. will replace or repair, free of charge, any part that is defective or malfunctioning during the effective life of the product. Upon receipt of the product and proof of purchase, the defective part will be immediately repaired or replaced and returned to you free of charge (USA only). Negligent abuse of the product voids this guarantee. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
